The Charles F. Vollman Award was created by the Hollywood Council of Civic Associations to recognize outstanding works of civic activism in Hollywood, Florida. The Hollywood Council of Civic Associations presented the Vollman award to Cynthia Greene-Eason at the Hollywood City Commission Meeting on April 15, 2009.
